1. Our target standard

We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our reference. These guidelines are organised around four principles — content should be Perceivable, Operable, Understandable and Robust — and we apply them across the pages we build and maintain.

2. What we do to support accessibility

• Semantic HTML structure with headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page.
• Keyboard operability for interactive elements such as menus, forms and booking steps.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
• Colour choices and contrast intended to keep text legible against our dark interface.
• Support for right-to-left languages (Arabic and Persian) with logical layout properties.
• Responsive layouts that adapt to zoom and to small and large screens.

3. Assistive technology

We design the site to work with current versions of common assistive technologies, including screen readers and browser zoom, on up-to-date browsers. Because the platform includes third-party content (for example, supplier photos and maps), some experiences may vary.

4. Known limitations

Some content is supplied by third-party partners and embedded services, and we cannot always guarantee its accessibility. We are also continually adding features, so occasional gaps may appear before they are fixed. Where you hit a barrier, please tell us so we can prioritise a fix or provide the information another way.

5. Getting help another way

If any part of the site prevents you from completing a booking or finding information, contact our support team. We will help you complete the task and provide the content in an accessible form wherever possible.

6. Feedback and continuous improvement

Accessibility feedback is valuable and directly informs our roadmap. When you report an issue, please include the page, your browser and assistive technology, and a short description of what went wrong.
